Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC in Texas is seeking a Make Ready technician responsible for restoring vacated apartments to market-ready condition on the manager's timetable. You will inspect units, perform repairs, replace fixtures, install backsplashes, and ensure lights, doors, and appliances are working before new move-ins.

This role requires at least one year of full-time related experience, good English communication, a safety mindset, and the ability to work on-call and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of work safety habits.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail; meticulous.
• Social skills to interact with residents.
• Able to work on call and extend hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check lights and replace as necessary; repair or replace fixtures.
• Install backsplash; replace hardware and perform painting as requested.
• Assist during trash-out and support other projects as directed.
