Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition in a timely manner. The role requires inspecting units, performing repairs, and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure readiness for new move-ins.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work on call and extended hours (including weekends).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and service lights, windows, doors, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
• Assist with painting and minor repairs; repair plumbing fixtures as required.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and related tasks as directed.
