Job summary

Valiant Residential in Texas is seeking a Make Ready technician to prepare vacated apartments for new move-ins, restoring them to market-ready status on the manager’s timetable. Requirements include at least one year of full-time related experience, strong English communication (written and spoken), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call, including evenings or weekends.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and replace or repair fixtures as needed.
• Check lights, windows, and appliances; repair where necessary.
• Install ceramic tile backsplash, repair/replace fixtures, and perform minor repairs.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and other projects as directed.
