Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition on an on-site basis in Texas. The role requires inspecting units, completing make-ready checklists, and coordinating with maintenance staff to address needed services and repairs.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of full-time related experience, strong English communication skills, and a readiness to perform all tasks. On-call availability and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Repair or replace fixtures, appliances, and related components as needed.
• Assist with painting and other minor renovations.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and move heavy items as required.
