Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Good verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Must possess strong safety awareness and able to represent the company professionally.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work on call, including after-hours and weekends.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and collaborate with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and check lights, appliances, fixtures.
• Perform exterior repairs and install or replace tiles as needed.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and move heavy items.
• Other projects as directed by supervisor.
