Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready who restores vacated apartments to market-ready status in a timely manner per the manager's timetable.

With a focus on safety and quality, you will inspect units, perform cosmetic and minor mechanical repairs, and assist with trash-out and move-in readiness. A valid driver’s license and reliability are essential to succeed in this on-site role in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make-ready units for new move-ins and ensure timely turnaround.
• Check lights, replace as needed, and perform plumbing and cosmetic repairs.
• Install fixtures, replace hardware, and assist with painting tasks.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and handle small moving tasks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, follow company policies, and respond to on-call needs.
