Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready professional to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition in a timely manner in Hutto, Texas. You will inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure all fixtures, lights, and appliances are functional for new move-ins.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• English communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on-call and extended hours, including weekends.
• Demonstrate knowledge of work safety habits.
• Able to represent the company professionally.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent resident-facing social skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and replace lights, windows, doors, shelves and fixtures as needed.
• Inspect and address appliances; assist with painting as requested.
• Assist with trash-out and moving items to dumpster.
• Lend support during maintenance tasks and repairs as directed.
