Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs for move-in readiness.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide maintenance support and uphold Cushman & Wakefield service standards.
• Perform maintenance tasks per supervisor's schedule and safety guidelines.
