Vail Resorts is seeking a Winter Seasonal Concierge to ensure guest satisfaction from pre-arrival to final delivery of services at our mountain properties. You will manage reservations, confirm itineraries, share local insights, and coordinate packages and deliveries to create an unforgettable guest Experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• At least one year of high-end guest service experience is preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow in a hospitality environment.
• No formal experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest notes into the reservation and concierge system in a timely and complete manner.
• Review all arrivals to ensure instructions and billing requests are addressed properly.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information regarding hours, directions, car rentals and shuttle service.
• Promote in-house events and adventure programming.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Communicate guest requests with other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
