Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring a Concierge for our winter seasonal team. You will manage guest reservations from pre‑arrival to reconfirmation, coordinate logistics, and provide local knowledge to ensure an Experience of a Lifetime for every guest.

No formal experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training. Fluency in English is required. Housing is available. The role offers shifts across full‑time and part‑time hours with a starting wage of $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Enter guest notes into reservation and concierge systems.
• Review arrivals to ensure instructions and billing requests are addressed.
• Inform guests about hours, directions, car rentals, shuttle service, and local amenities.
• Promote in-house events and adventure programming.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and anticipate guests' needs.
• Coordinate guest requests with other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
