Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for winter 2026/27 for the Epic Ascent Concierge Agent role. You’ll build relationships with guests, coordinate private lessons, and ensure a seamless, elevated experience from booking through departure.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in concierge or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely from a commutable location to Vail or Beaver Creek. The role offers full-time hours, seasonal benefits, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience; concierge or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to deliver personalized, high-touch service for premium guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, manage multiple requests, and coordinate across departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication; single point of contact from booking to departure.
• Remote role; preferred location within commuting distance to Vail/Beaver Creek.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Serve as primary contact for ski/snowboard school guests and internal support needs via multiple channels.
• Coordinate private lessons and specialty product logistics; provide booking support.
• Resolve escalated issues with sound judgment and empathy in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and accurate guest records.
• Monitor operations, identify risks, and escalate appropriately; manage POS transactions.
• Recommend products and upgrades to maximize the resort experience.
• Maintain knowledge of resort products, policies, and school operations.
