Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is seeking a Winter Seasonal Concierge to ensure total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival to reconfirmation of reservations. The role involves knowing local points of interest and coordinating parcels, with a focus on delivering an extraordinary Experience of a Lifetime. Starting wage is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Housing is available, and applicants must be 18+. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Enter guest notes into the reservation and concierge system in a timely and complete manner.
• Review all arrivals to ensure instructions and billing requests are addressed properly.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of operation, directions, car rentals, and shuttle service.
• Actively promote in-house events and adventure programming.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Communicate guest requests with other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
