Job summary

Motion Industries in Raleigh, NC seeks an Account Specialist to drive sales and grow key accounts within an assigned territory. You will partner with Account Representatives to deliver product knowledge and create customized quotes.

Responsibilities include delivering sales presentations, understanding customer needs, and coordinating vendor resources to close product and solution sales. Travel is required to support customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; typically industry and sales experience.
• Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence customers.
• Ability to take initiative, multitask, and work with limited direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Interact with customers face-to-face to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare customized quotes based on complex customer requirements.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and coordinate vendor resources to close sales.
