Job summary

Motion Industries seeks an Account Specialist to drive sales, identify opportunities, and educate customers on industrial product solutions. You will partner with Account Representatives in an assigned territory to deliver product knowledge and compelling presentations.

You will manage relationships, develop quotes, and coordinate with vendor resources to close product and solution sales. Travel for customer meetings and on-site support is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industry and sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products desirable.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue by generating new business and growing existing accounts.
• Interact face-to-face with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare customized quotes by understanding customer requirements.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and confirm technical requirements are met.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting support and coordinate vendor resources to close sales.
