Qualifications

3+ years in mortgage lending/operations or software implementation.
Experience with banking technology and consulting.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage technology solutions including Encompass.
Gather business requirements and document workflows and improvements.
Assist in solution readiness, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and inform project leadership.
Partner with Product, Support, Engineering, and other teams.
Stay informed on mortgage industry trends and technology solutions.
Travel estimated 10-15% as needed.
