Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage lending or operations.
• Experience in software implementation or consulting.
• Experience with banking technology.

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage tech solutions including Encompass.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and document workflows.
• Assist in solution readiness, initiation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify project risks and communicate them to leadership; recommend process improvements.
• Partner with Product, Support, Engineering, and other Professional Services teams.
• Stay informed on mortgage industry trends and technology solutions.
• Support multiple implementation projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel estimated 10-15% as needed based on project and client requirements.
