Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, SaaS platforms, AWS, Azure, SQL.
• Ability to translate complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mortgage technology initiatives and integrations.
• Communicate ICE’s technology vision across cloud, SaaS, architecture, and modernization.
• Champion adoption of new technologies and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead audits, security assessments, questionnaire responses, and remediation planning.
• Oversee integrations between mortgage platforms and enterprise applications.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive delivery process improvements, release management, and efficiency.
• Develop data strategies linking servicing operations to business outcomes.
• Translate data and integration concepts into actionable business discussions.
• Bridge ICE’s data engineering, product, and client services teams to align needs.
• Provide strategic recommendations on best practices, regulatory considerations, and tech changes.
• Consult with client executives and travel to client sites as needed.
• Manage stakeholder communications across organizational levels.
