Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks a Consultant, PSO - Implementation to drive the implementation, configuration, and adoption of mortgage technology solutions for clients.

You will gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, and help lead multiple implementation projects. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mortgage operations, software implementations, or banking tech, with strong communication and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, operations, software implementation, or banking technology.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with LOS and mortgage technology platforms is a plus (Encompass preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage technology solutions.
• Gather business requirements and document workflows and improvements.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify risks and issues and communicate with project leadership.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Engineering and Professional Services teams.
• Stay informed on mortgage industry trends and solutions.
• Travel 10-15% as needed.
