Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Consultant, PSO - Implementation to drive the implementation, configuration, and adoption of mortgage technology solutions for customers in Jacksonville, FL.

You will work with project teams, stakeholders, and client partners to gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, and lead implementation projects. The role suits professionals with experience in mortgage operations, software implementations, or consulting who want to grow

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage operations, software implementation, or consulting.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage tech solutions (e.g., Encompass).
• Gather business requirements and document workflows with customers.
• Assist in solution readiness, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify risks and dependencies and communicate them to project leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Engineering and other Professional Services teams.
• Stay informed on mortgage industry trends, lending operations, and tech solutions.
• Support multiple implementations in a fast-paced environment.
