Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks a Consultant, PSO - Implementation to drive the implementation, configuration, and adoption of mortgage technology solutions for customers.

You will gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, and help lead implementation projects within a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes mortgage operations knowledge, software implementations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, mortgage operations, software implementation, or banking technology.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage technology solutions (including Encompass).
• Gather business requirements and document workflows and process improvements.
• Assist in solution readiness, initiation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to project leadership.
• Suggest process improvements and best practices to boost adoption and utilization.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Engineering, and other Professional Services teams.
