Job summary

Multipli Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Servicing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, and implement efficient processes in our mortgage servicing department.

You will work with the VP to handle servicing tasks such as escrow analysis, PMI notifications, and tax processing, while ensuring accuracy and member satisfaction.

Remote work during business hours is possible with supervisor approval; a strong background in mortgage servicing is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related mortgage servicing experience.
• Two-year degree or equivalent certification or vendor training.
• Strong communication, diplomacy and discretion in confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage mortgage servicing staff and day-to-day functions.
• Assist VP of Mortgage Servicing with staff development and process improvement.
• Oversee insurance notifications, PMI, taxes, escrow analyses where applicable.
• Serve as first escalation point for member and staff concerns.
