Job summary

Multipli Federal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the mortgage servicing staff. You will assist the VP of Mortgage Servicing with staff management, task delegation, and the development of efficient processes and procedures.

You will help with servicing tasks, training, and handling escalations, while partnering with supervisors to identify issues and implement solutions. Remote work is possible with supervisor approval.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of mortgage servicing or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent certifications.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mortgage servicing operations.
