Equity Resources, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager to oversee the sub-servicer, monitor performance, and ensure servicing activities meet investor, agency, and regulatory requirements.

The role combines oversight with data analysis, reporting to executive leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize risk and improve loan operations. This position offers remote/hybrid work with periodic travel to the Newark, OH corporate office and requires leadership experience,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage servicing experience with oversight responsibilities.
• Knowledge of federal conventional and governmental real estate lending guidelines.
• 2+ years leading or directing teams; coaching and development experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power Query and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate oversight of sub-servicing and interim servicing activities for residential mortgage loans.
• Own preparation, analysis, and delivery of the monthly servicing report to executive management.
• Retrieve and analyze monthly sub-servicer reports; review delinquencies and fees for compliance.
• Monitor portfolio loans, call center trends, loss mitigation, and foreclosure progress.
• Monitor and approve loan level fee requests; reconcile data with sub-servicer.
• Identify improvements from reporting trends and communicate plans to the sub-servicer.
• Ensure servicing meets investor, agency, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain oversight of delinquency, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, and REO activities.
• Lead staffing/hiring and coach employees; manage confidential records.
• Promote process improvements in controls, reporting, and risk management.
• Coordinate audits, examinations, and quality-control reviews with documentation.
