Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to lead a high-performing loan origination team while continuing to produce at a top level.

This role focuses on leadership, mentorship, and growth, with an emphasis on scaling production through a strong referral network and strategic talent development. Office-based with weekday schedule and commission-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and handling difficult situations with branches/division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example while scaling the team.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching to develop talent.
• Help recruit and develop sales talent and drive culture and accountability.
• Drive performance and maintain high personal production alongside team growth.
• Balance leadership with revenue growth and strategic oversight.
