Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing mortgage team while continuing to originate loans. The role focuses on sales leadership, mentorship, and growth, with dedicated operational infrastructure to support the business.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a regional team while continuing personal production.
• Recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
• Mentor and coach the group with regular sessions.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance across branches.
• Represent the division and manage relationships with referral partners.
