Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing loan origination team while staying active in production. This role emphasizes sales leadership, mentorship, and scalable growth without the burden of day-to-day operations.

You will recruit, coach, and develop top producers, maintain strong referral partnerships, and drive a culture of accountability across the division.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partnerships.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and Mortgage Principal Lending License.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership skills driven by sales achievement and team development.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures.

• Lead from the front through production and example.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
