Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing loan production team while remaining actively involved in originations. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and scalable growth, supported by dedicated infrastructure and a focus on performance and culture.

Ideal candidates have approximately 5 years of retail mortgage origination experience, a strong referral network, and a proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with branches/division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership skills focused on sales growth, team development, and practice expansion.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (debits, credits, General Ledgers).
