Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to lead a high-performing loan origination team while preserving personal production. This role emphasizes leadership without heavy operations, backed by dedicated infrastructure and a strong P&L framework.

You will recruit, mentor, and coach top producers, maintain a broad referral network, and drive performance across the division.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with branches/division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills driven by sales achievement, team development, training and growth.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (debits, credits, general ledgers).
