Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will continue producing while leading a high-performing mortgage team. This role blends leadership with production, avoiding day-to-day operational grind.

You will recruit, mentor, and coach, build culture, manage relationships with referral partners, and drive growth with a strong P&L focus, offering a lucrative compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with branches/division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership driven by sales achievement and team development.
