Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to lead a high-performing loan production team while continuing to originate. This role focuses on sales leadership, mentorship, and strategic growth without being bogged down by day-to-day operations.

You will recruit and develop top talent, drive culture and performance, and scale the business beyond your personal book, with strong support infrastructure and a competitive compensation model.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful retail mortgage origination experience including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a referral-partner network.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, lead and motivate branch personnel.

Responsibilities

• Continue producing at a high level while leading from the front.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching to the team.
• Recruit and develop talent on the sales side; drive culture and performance.
• Scale the business beyond personal production with strong divisional support.
