Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Portfolio Manager to manage client relationships with 3rd party mortgage clients and oversee servicing strategies for profitability. You’ll leverage communication, project management, and analytical skills to drive performance and risk controls.

The role requires collaboration across teams, oversight of transfers, and engagement in servicing agreements to ensure operational excellence. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience, client-facing preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for a group of 3rd party mortgage clients.
• Design and implement value-add business strategies and client campaigns.
• Monitor operational risk metrics and coordinate issue resolution.
• Oversee transfers and GSE form submissions; manage repurchases with prior servicers.
• Prepare and present portfolio performance to stakeholders.
• Lead onsite visits and coordinate with Legal on servicing agreements.
