Job summary

Newrez LLC seeks a Portfolio Management Specialist II on-site to support a Portfolio Manager and act as the primary contact for smaller clients. You will leverage collaboration, communication, and analytical skills to drive strategy and improve operations across client portfolios.

The role requires a business discipline degree and experience in mortgage servicing, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio. Strong teamwork and presentation abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline preferred.
• 2 years’ work experience in Mortgage Servicing or client servicing.
• Experience in Project Management and Meeting Facilitation.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Visio a plus.
• Prior work experience performing business, data, and/or statistical analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support designated Portfolio Manager and serve as single point of contact for smaller clients.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing operational improvements for clients.
• Prepare and analyze internal and external client reporting.
• Contribute to strategy development for assigned loan portfolios.
• Present ideas and findings to varied audiences including production staff and senior management.
