Job summary

Newrez LLC in Coppell, TX seeks an experienced Investor Reporting Analyst (Senior) to join our finance team. You will prepare monthly reports, reconcile FNMA portfolios, and manage remittance activities with a strong emphasis on accuracy and controls.

Lead process improvements, documentation, and automation initiatives while guiding junior staff. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments and present status updates to senior management using advanced Excel and SQL for deep data

Qualifications

3–5 years of Mortgage Servicing experience with 3+ years of Investor Reporting experience.
Advanced MS Excel experience.
Access, SQL, or other database reporting experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact with Senior Management.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports with strict adherence to reporting requirements for FNMA portfolios.
Submit monthly remittances within deadlines.
Investigate and resolve investor reporting issues and exceptions.
Develop documentation and process improvements; mentor junior staff.
Collaborate with other departments and present updates to Senior Management.
