Newrez is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst Senior to join our team in Coppell, TX. You will prepare monthly reports and remittance activities for FNMA portfolios, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include reconciling issues, researching data anomalies, and building documentation and automation to improve reporting efficiency. This role requires strong communication with Senior Management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of Mortgage Servicing experience with 3+ years of Investor Reporting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel experience.
• Access, SQL, or other database reporting experience.
• Strong communication skills interacting with Senior Management.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly reports and remittance activities for FNMA portfolios.
• Reconcile and research investor reporting issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop process documentation and automation for reporting.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to meet reporting deadlines.
• Support quarterly policy reviews and team training as needed.
