Newrez is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Originators in a high-volume call center, driving performance, coaching, and strategic initiatives. The role blends leadership with cross-functional collaboration to advance company objectives and customer outcomes.

The Senior Sales Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of Mortgage Consultants, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines and maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• 6-8 years Loan Consultant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the mortgage industry.
• Minimum 6 months in a Newrez management or senior leadership role.
• Proven success mentoring, coaching, and elevating Mortgage Consultants.
• Experience in call-center or high-volume phone/internet sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan originator performance, motivation, scheduling, training, and policy adherence.
• Conduct advanced coaching sessions, call reviews, and skill development workshops.
• Set clear expectations around sales activities, client engagement, and conversion standards.
• Drive a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, ethics, and excellence.
