Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of mortgage servicing experience and strong MS Word/Excel/SQL skills. Some after-hours work may be required to keep transfers on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years mortgage servicing experience required.
• 2+ years of loan transfer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department organization and standards.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to letters and investor changes.
• Coordinate transfer timelines with internal and external parties.
• Lead routine conference calls with servicers to review due dates and documents.
