Newrez is seeking a Deal Manager to oversee the successful boarding and de-boarding of loans per industry regulations and company policies. The role coordinates transfer tasks, prepares reports, and communicates with servicers to meet department KPIs.

The position requires 2–3 years of mortgage servicing experience and 2+ years in loan transfers, with a high emphasis on data accuracy and stakeholder communication.

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years’ mortgage servicing experience required.
• 2+ years of loan transfer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate transfer-related tasks to ensure timely boarding or de-boarding of loans.
• Create transparency with reporting, data sharing, and conferences with servicers.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain regulatory compliance (e.g., Goodbye/Welcome Letters).
• Work with internal/external parties to establish transfer timelines and resolutions.
• Provide regular updates to portfolios and clients on transfers.
