Truist seeks a Mortgage Sales Associate to market and sell Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures, while referring clients to other bank services to deepen relationships. The role requires building knowledge of mortgage strategies, complying with laws, providing sound advice, and coordinating follow‑up documents with clients, attorneys, and appraisers to ensure timely closings.

Formación

• 1+ year of banking or lending experience.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Comply with Truist policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Consistently execute referral process by introducing mortgage clients to other bank solutions.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up.
