Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales specialist to market and sell Truist Mortgage Loan products, while driving referrals to other bank services. The role requires adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines and involves building strong client relationships.

Candidates should have 1+ year in banking or lending, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and investor guidelines.
• Comply with policies and relevant laws.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions.
• Assist with document follow-up per QC/post-closing.
