• 1+ year in banking or lending with knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Guidelines and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and laws related to banking operations.
• Provide mortgage client advice based on needs and products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed.
