Truist Mortgage is seeking a Marketing/Sales professional to promote Truist Mortgage loan products within policy and to refer clients to other bank services. The role focuses on meeting production goals and delivering sound mortgage advice to clients.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, adhere to regulatory requirements, and drive referrals to deepen client relationships across Truist's banking solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in banking or lending with residential property knowledge.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and negotiation abilities; proficient with computers.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and Procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist in document follow-up with clients, attorneys, or appraisers as needed.
