Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional to drive the marketing and referral of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures. You will execute development plans to meet production goals, maintain knowledge of policy guidelines, and provide sound mortgage guidance while cross-referring clients to other bank solutions.

You will also assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulations, including state and federal rules.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up during fulfillment and post-closing review.
