Job summary
Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing professional to drive mortgage production and client referrals. You will develop and execute plans, maintain policy knowledge, and advise clients on Truist Mortgage products and benefits. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.
Handling client documents and coordinating with attorneys/appraisers will be part of daily activities; travel up to 75% may be required.
Qualifications
- 1+ year in banking/lending with residential property knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with computer applications and mortgage systems.
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
- Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and Guidelines.
- Adhere to Truist policies and state/federal regulations.
- Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
- Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
- Assist with document follow-up for quality control and post-closing.
