Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing professional to drive loan product sales within bank policies and to refer clients to additional bank services. The role focuses on understanding client needs and explaining Truist Mortgage benefits while maintaining compliance with industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in banking or lending with residential property knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in common computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and secondary market investor guidelines.
• Comply with Truist policies, rules, and regulations including state and federal law.
• Provide mortgage guidance based on client needs and product benefits.
• Perform referrals to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up during fulfillment and post-closing review.
