Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing professional to drive sales and development of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies. You will refer mortgage clients to other bank services, advise clients on mortgage benefits, and support loan fulfillment with documentation tracking.

The role requires an understanding of mortgage guidelines and strong client-focused service, with the ability to work the 1st shift in the United States. Regular/full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related studies or equivalent financial sales experience.
Two or more years of experience in residential mortgage lending with solid knowledge of the local market and regulations.
Previous sales awards and leadership positions.

Mansioni

Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures and secondary market investor guidelines used by Truist.
Adhere to Truist policies and procedures and applicable laws.
Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
Effectively refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities.
Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as determined by quality control or post-closing review.
