Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing professional in Florida to lead sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products in line with bank policies. You will also promote referrals to other bank services to maximize client opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a base in banking or lending with knowledge of residential property and strong communication skills. This role requires compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing and authentication processes within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking/lending with residential property knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with standard office software.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulations per law.
• Provide mortgage advice aligned with client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up for quality control and post-closing review.
