Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional in Florida to drive marketing and development of Truist Mortgage Loan products, while maintaining adherence to bank policies and promoting referrals to other bank services. The role requires knowledge of residential property types and compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in banking/lending, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial sales experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Good organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and mortgage systems.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days and acceptable NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, Procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions for deeper opportunities.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up.
