Job summary

Truist in Florida is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional to drive mortgage marketing plans and meet production goals. You will guide clients through Truist Mortgage products, ensuring needs are met with the right solutions.

You will also reference policies and regulations, work on referrals to deepen client relationships, and assist loan fulfillment with documentation. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in banking or lending with knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days (NMLS background check).

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and product benefits.
• Execute the referral process by connecting mortgage clients to other bank solutions.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up.
