Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies. You will refer mortgage clients to additional bank services and collaborate on the qualifying package of services and insurance products.

You will execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals, maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage strategies and policies, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering sound

Qualifications

• 1+ year of banking or lending experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with relevant computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of mortgage policies and secondary market guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up in quality control or post-closing.
