Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking/lending with residential property knowledge

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and procedures and investor guidelines
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide mortgage product advice based on client needs and product benefits
• Facilitate referrals to other bank solutions to deepen client relationships
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed
